in a fairytale-like land called South Korea, there lived a military spouse named Heidi. Her tower was not Ivory, as she was keenly aware of her freedoms and ability to connect with people. One day, Heidi decided she loved people and kids so much, she went on a dangerous, but brave quest to earn her PhD in Counseling and Student Development from Kansas State University. She completed the journey in the year 2024 only to find that balancing being a mother and a career queen is a tough battle. In an attempt to win the fight, Heidi is venturing into the world of sharing information and content on the internet. She's a novice. She doesn't really know what she's doing. But, she does know her strengths.

 

Dr. Heidi Fergel is a Knight of empathy. She is a wonderful listener and genuinely wants to help people live their best life. Heidi doesn't pretend to know everything. That's how she survived the Imposter Syndrome plague. Instead, Heidi shamelessly asks questions and focuses on learning and growth. She is (unfortunately) not a Wizard, but she does know a fair amount of knowledge, techniques and strategies lend a hand through challenging times. She can help make looking in the mirror, mirror on the wall a more pleasant experience. Finally, Heidi is fun, thoughtful, and is gladly sharing tips to help you fix your crown when you need it.
